New Labours Folly

New Labours Folly
 Rob Layton.

There seems to be a growing feeling of unease amongst the most hardent supporters of the New Labour party, a party that once represented the weakest in society, now only favours its once most bitterest of enemies.
It seems to have embraced all that this once great party despised.

The NLP could have stood as the conservative party based on what it has done since it took office.
No wonder people are fed up !
When will they realise that we are sick of Blair clones ?

The Old Labour Party understood how the working class of this country felt, and relied on its grass roots supporters to fund and build a party that cared about the people that the middle class despised.

Today this party is seen by most of my peirs as a party of incompetent, lying, traitors, who sold out after the sacrifices of countless millions of its supporters right down the years.
It closed its eyes and turned away from the blood that was shed to fight for its conception.

How can these middle class knowalls claim to know how ordinary people live ?
They have hit their core support in every way possible including this daft smoking ban and threatening to raise the price of tobacco so that any ordinary person cant afford them !!!
Whats the big deal you ask: I will tell you.
This country is approaching a huge recession partly brought about by the actions of a stupid biggoted smoking ban.
This hasnt just hit smokers: its hit all kinds of business.
And now its going to hit the people who side with this idiotic law that was designed not to help the smoker but to tear the heart out of the people that these people have always despised, namely the working class.

Restaraunts, hotels, guest houses, pubs, shops, workers, and the NHS have all felt the affects of the ban but this Government cant admitt its mistake for fear of offending its new anti smoking, anti everything friends.

Its not just raising the price of cigarettes to help stop people smoking, this wonderful party has realised the folly of making stupid legistation as a way of geting biggots to vote for them at the next election.
The tax that helped this country keep the health service and most of the business in this country going is drying up and what a cost ?

I tell you this, from what I have heard: the New Labour Party has motivated people to go out and vote at the next General election, but it wont be the NLP that they vote for !!!
I warn you that one kind of extremism breeds an exact opposite of the extremism it hates.
Beware the rise of the extreme right who are embracing the people who have gone unheard for many long years.

They will tell people what they want to hear based on the years of neglect of these people, Men in particular are sick of the way that society has changed and robbed them of their voice.
Young men in particular are very open to the reteric of the BNP and who could blame them for the bad press they have had for years.

The media in general are finaly getting the message but a little to late I fear.
The people who are doing very nicely today will fight tooth and nail to keep the status quo but nothing ever stays the same.
Try as they will they cannot kill the truth.

Rob Layton.
