Hard as Flint !

by roblayton1 @ 2008-02-05 - 17:14:45

Flint is pretty apt a name for a politician who has a heart as hard as hers.
Yes Caroline Flint true to her conviction that we should live in a 'Something for something society' thinks its a great idea to return to the days of the workhouse..what the hell is she doing in a job like that ?
These people live on another planet !

Because of depleted council house stock they are trying to find a way of justifying a Tory policy that they should have rectified by stopping the sale of council property.
Flint and her mates are trying to find a way of distracting us from the cause of these shortages by finding easy targets to bully, mainly those at the bottom of the ladder.

For to long we have suffered lies, distractions, and corruption at the hands of these so called politicians.
'Something for something' is a term that is all well and good when politicians use the term to slander and bully those who cannot defend themselves, but how about 'Something for something' from the meeley mouthed pumped up windbags in the houses of Parliament, where is their 'Something for Something'

That term will come to haunt Caroline Flint, such terminology has cursed other politicians, remember 'Get on your bike' and 'You have never had it so good' :D
It seems that the Labour Party are trying to appeal to the ultra right as they seem to have tried to do so many times in the past.

I had a dream once , in my dream a saw a swastika flying over the Palace of Westminster how absurd.

I have a feeling that the lords are still controlling the general public like the old days, but now they are hiding behind computers and CCTV.

Hi safriz my good friend, alot of people mistake the House of Lords as a dumping ground for ageing grumpy old farts.
On the whole, I would say that they they were correct, but they have saved the working class from being savaged many times in the past..
Many of the real gentry have far more in common with the working class than the jumped up middle class which are causing many of society's problems.
The house of Lord is a fail safe that any undemocratic Government would dearly love to erradicate..
Thank you for your birthday wishes I have only just seen them as I dont come on Blog much now.
All the very best to you my friend.
Rob
