General elections every two years !

General elections every two years !
Rob Layton

I like many of you sit and ponder the plight of this country, just how did it end up like this ?
We cant blame religion which many people take a delight in doing.
We cant blame the people, as the British people are the hardest workers in Europe its been proven.
We cant blame global warming, the price of houses, the global ecconomy,
bad roads, bad public services, then who, or what. do we blame.

Well I tell you who I blame, its my opinion that the absolute chaos that these British Isles are in, can be attributed to a vastly overpaid load of incompetent, overbearing, interfering shower of self-righteous middle class windbags that this country elects every five years, yes the bloody politicians thats whos to blame !!!

Apart from the shower we have at Westminster, we have a lesser breed of politician that are called councillors, many percieve these people to be like baby pidgeons: we know they are there but you never see them.

What this lesser breed do is unknown, and to many they remain as much a mystery, as the abominable snowman.
We know that our services are far worse no matter who we put into power, and every year they seem to get paid more.
Do any of these people know how ordinary people live ?
Do they ever object to anything that they do to us ?
Do the objections if any, ever come to anything ?

Let me make it clear right now that I make no distinction between any of the major Party's, they are all as bad !
The shower before this lot were as ruthless to the people at the bottom of societies social ladder as this lot are, we expected it from them, but a party that has middle class leaders such as this lot, that contends it represents the lower classes, and continues to savage the people that helped to bring it to power deserves the contempt that a vast majority of them must now be feeling for them.

They started controling us by making us feel unsafe, nobody's job was safe, and still nobody's job is safe apart from who's ?
Yes my friends these people have it to easy, their money, and their pensions are safe: are yours ?
They dont have to worry about house prices, paying mortgages, spiraling costs, or bloody stupid wheelie bins !
You do !

My idea is simple, lets have elections every two years and if they dont do what they were elected for: lets boot em !

No politician should be paid more than any other public servant, it should be an honour to serve your country and its people.
They cut the number of hours they worked why ?
These people expect other sections of society to work shifts, why cant they ?
They should not be allowed to have monitary interests, we see all to often that these people hold two or three jobs, how can they claim that they are working wholeheartedly for their constituants under such circumstances sureley one, or all of their jobs must suffer.
Pensions should only be given to long serving members of the house, if they are elected regulaly it must mean they are doing something right if members were to be elected every two years.

Politicians of all political colours have taken from us without a thought or any compassion, whatever has been expedient for them to do has been done in the name of moniterism, and not humanity.
It is now time to tell them to do the same to themselves as they did to us.
How can you take from people who have nothing to give ?
They must be prepared to feel unsafe for a change, then things might change for the better.

See how MP'S voted on the smoking ban.

by roblayton1 @ 2007-12-04 - 13:59:09

If you are a smoker, or non smoker, the smoking ban is the first step toward the slippery slope of a totalitarian Police state where non of the freedoms we take for granted will be safe.
Today its a smoking ban tommorow what will be next?

No-one would encourage anybody to smoke, in fact I activley discourage any of my family to smoke and always will.
Most of the facts provided by the anti smoking lobby are spurious at best.

In England today we have an aparthied system based on your smoking or no smoking status, if you are a smoker you are regarded as a modern day lepper with threats of disrimination within our health system, and outright societal denigration.
At one time I had respect for the rights of non smokers but I am afraid the goodwill I once had is fast eroding amid the seemingly fascist attitude that exists within its fraternity.

This Government and it cronies have condemned millions of people to a life of total exclusion from friends and places of entertainment, eating houses, and anywhere they might find what maybe the last bit of enjoyment this country had to offer, result : society as a whole loses, as pubs and clubs close.

What country makes people stand, or sit out in the cold, smokers pay the same money for their entertainment as their non smoking chums inside ?
Anybody accepting those conditions should consider a sanity test !
Past Governments have always been quick to take the tax from smokers but have always failed to protect the rights and wishes of the smokers from which it came.

The common sense aproach to all this was simple, smoking and non smoking establishments and let people take their choice.
If you want to see how your MP voted on this issue I will leave a link

This and other Governments should remember that smokers are voters too.

NO HO HO !!!!!!

by roblayton1 @ 2007-11-22 - 00:36:59

Offensive Santa
In this file photo, Santa Clauses are pictured gathering on the tarmac, after being "flown from The North Pole" to Sydney International Airport. Santas in Sydney have been told not to use Father Christmas's traditional "ho ho ho" greeting because it may be offensive to women, it was reported Thursday.

What next folks ?
It seems Australian women are offended by Santa saying Ho Ho.
And Why ?

Sydney's Santa Clauses have instead been instructed to say "ha ha ha" instead, the Daily Telegraph reported.

One disgruntled Santa told the newspaper a recruitment firm warned him not to use "ho ho ho" because it could frighten children and was too close to "ho", a US slang term for prostitute.

"Gimme a break," said Julie Gale, who runs the campaign against sexualising children called Kids Free 2B Kids.

"We are talking about little kids who do not understand that "ho, ho, ho" has any other connotation and nor should they," she told the Telegraph.

"Leave Santa alone."

A local spokesman for the US-based Westaff recruitment firm said it was "misleading" to say the company had banned Santa's traditional greeting and it was being left up to the discretion of the individual Santa himself.

Democracy ? by Rob Layton

Democracy ?
Rob Layton

The politicians keep telling us that we should trust them, what a laugh !!!
I honestly cant think of anyone that trusts a politician,:not even another politician :DD
We were told that there would be another referendum on the EU treaty now we are only going to have a debate, what a shock, they went back on their word.

It only proves to the people of this country that this country is no better that any dictatorship in any of the worst places in the world, we are democratic in reputataion only.

The people of this country deserve better than to be treated like peasants.
A whole generation fought and died for the freedom that politicians promised them, and for what ?

Any of the contenders in any future general election whatever political colour seem the same to us, and only represent the middle class of this country. Alot of people including myself loath and detest middle class attitudes. We do not want, or ever want to asspire to the same self centred, uncaring politics of previous Governments.

All we get as a choice in any future geneneral election are a load of 'Blair wannabees'the only good thing that the Liberals had was a slight variation in the age gap of their candidate, but like all our wonderful politicians they decided that they must be the same as the other parties (yawn....) what a great idea guys..

The British rightfully earned a reputation of fair play, and relinquished it years ago,the people of each country judge its people by leader that it choses, what can the rest of the world think of a country that has not chosen its leader ? So much for democracy ! ! !

Freedom truth
Rob Layton

No matter what you feel about this blog I try to tell things as truthfully as I can.
You may not like what I say but it will be the truth.
Some people seem threatened by some of my views because they are not seen as the 'conventional' view of society that is normally portrayed by the media, however dismissive you are about me however, it does not meant that I am wrong.

Many of the things I have said about femynism have been proved to be correct which seems to be a shock to some people, but no shock to alot of others because they happened to be the truth.

If you sit surrounded by people who only believe one thing, then you quickly developed a blinkered view of the world around you. That is why I get some of the strangest e/mails in my in box

No matter what goes on about them these people only see what they want to see. Believe it or not some of my greatest protagonists are men.
This world has become decadent, caused by the strivings of a new world order that wont be satisfied until they destroy everything that doesn't fit with their own views.

If I don't say what you want me to say, dismiss me as an extremist, or threaten or abuse me: but you wont change the truth.
Take my life, destroy me financially, do anything you want to me, but time will prove that I am telling the truth.

If I never post on this blog again don't think I will go away, there are millions of Rob Laytons out there.

If others don't speak out it doesn't mean that they don't feel the same as I.
How do you know that your husband or boyfriend doesn't think like me ?
Many men wont say what is on their minds.
If they say they disagree with me, do they really ?

I have been set free by speaking the truth no matter how hard it is to do at times, yes sometimes life is so much easier if you 'say nowt' or just agree so you can have some peace
When we face up to the consequences of 'saying nowt'  it could be to late for all the people you have affected by your silence, think of Germany or Russia in the last century.
Complacency breeds dictatorships of all forms.
'The Truth shall set you free'

Fredom come Freedom go .
Rob Layton

A blog is a great way to be able to express opinions that you wont find anywhere else in the media why ?
Gagging is pretty popular these days, most of the populist views seem to go unchallenged.

To my old eyes this points to political censorship that Stallin would have been proud of.
If we do manage to make our voices heard we are told we are right wing, left wing, extremist, dinasaurs, aggitators, and exploiters.Whatever happened to free speech ?

I dont agree with most of the tripe that we see in the media but I would fight for the right for them to sell it to you.

Could it be that if a blog company doesnt like what you are saying they could cencor you, Blogging right they can.
I suspect that if you step outside the norms of their particular political spectrum then a blog company could possibly not give you the same service as somebody who did fit their political criteria.

It seems that we live increasingly in a one size fits all society with 'Big Brother' giving us all our doctrine for the day, (eat your heart out Mao)We are legislated against: to make us like that which we dont like:
We are legislated against to  make us not do  that which we would like to do:
but they cant make us think what  they want us to think, yet or can they ?

Consider the years that the Labour party fought against the Media, saying that it had right wing bias.
No longer do we hear this mantra because low and behold the right wing bias is their own
.I have been politicaly aware for some years, but never active, in all those years I have never seen what I would call a more reactionary, authoritarian, totalitarian, draconian Goverment as this one, Thatcher Government included.
Dont make the mistake of thinking that they would be hurt by a statement  like that, as they probably take it as a compliment or find it amusing.

The peception that people seem to have is of an uncaring, cheating, undemocratic bunch of meglomanics who line their own pockets from the jobs that we give to them by way of the same democracy that they exploit to keep themselves in power. They are always the winners: we are always the losers.

If  you think how much Multi national companies spend on advertising, is it any wonder that a Government who knows the power of the media, spend so much time spinning to a Media that they seem to increasingly control.
Our betters who run this country always know what we want ,and what is good for us, they dont even live in the same world as us, but they know how we should live ?

How can somebody who lives the way they live know  how an ordinary person lives, if they once knew how it felt, and they have never done anything about it, shame on them, and shame on us for putting them in power.

Now the New Labour Party and its seemingly heartless robotic followers control virtualy everything: and it happened as we slept  uncaringly in our own living Orwellian existance.
We are all so taken in by what is told to us, that we nearly always go along with what we see within the media as a whole.
Its worth examining everything they try to feed  us to determin just what they are trying to get us to think ,and  also why they want us to think in that way.

It would be so good to back to a caring Britain, where everybody was left alone to Live and let live.
Maybe some really caring party will get into power one day, but I cant see it somehow.
If they did they could have (Mind Your Own Business classes) introduced as a lesson in schools.
Do away with all the cameras, endless restrictive laws on health and safety ,and the stupid Possitive discrimination laws which are totaly discriminatory and a pox on society.

About Discrimination

Source     Angry Harry.

Western men die some five years earlier than women. They suffer more from nearly every medical disease and ailment that there is. And yet, far more money is spent by governments on women's health than on men's health.

Men are also nowadays educationally disadvantaged significantly compared to women; with the curriculum, the teaching methods and the resources being designed to cater far more for women and girls than for men and boys.

Men make up 80% of the homeless. There are more of them in social service care-homes as boys. They are many times more likely to be wrongfully arrested, wrongfully imprisoned, mugged, assaulted or murdered.

They are 5 times more likely to lose their children when families break down, 4 times more likely to lose their homes, 4 times more likely to commit suicide, 20 times more likely to be killed or injured at work, 20 times more likely to be imprisoned, and, probably, more than 100 times more likely to be demeaned, denigrated and ridiculed by the mainstream media.

Men also pay much more in taxes than women but receive far less in benefits from the government.

In other words, when compared to women, men are significantly disadvantaged when it comes to their health, their homes, their children, their education, their families, the tax burden, the law, the benefit system, and even when it comes to their own personal safety.

They are nowadays also being heavily discriminated against in the work place.

How is it possible, therefore, that women are being 'oppressed' more than men?

Living in the Past
Rob Layton

If you dont believe that inequality for men exist, take a look at how many men even bother to speak out on these blog sites.
If they do, it is because of some miguided and antiquated form of chivalry, which I may add is looked down upon by most men today according to new surveys.
Men seem to have finaly awoken to the fact that the 'womens rights brigade ' have far more rights that they ever had.

My O My what a cruel awakening LOL.

When was the last time you saw a feminist battling for mens rights ?
Women want womens studies and I agree, lets have mens studies to !
Lets study how many millions of men have died on foriegn shores to fight for the right of peoples everywhere to live as they wish without being indoctrinated into an alien political doctrine that preaches selfishness, and divides society for its own ends.

I started helping the womens rights movement many  years ago. I put my job on the line gladly, as did many of my  male colleagues.
What started off as a just cause has rotted and fermented into a stinking mass of lying propaganda.

As I cannot be held accountable for Slavory, Imperialism, or any of the stigma attached to the past,
I will not be held  accountable for generations of arristocrats who persecuted society as a whole,
 not just women.

As we are told often enough by our betters in the political party's  'We cannot live in the past'

Hello Friends old and new, for those of you who have been watching my other blog
Layton on anything  you must be wondering what is happening, well so am I.
I cant access my old blog propbably because I did nt renew my pro account (for various reasons)
At  least I will give them the benefit of the doubt..
My YAHOO mail is also acting very strangely that may also account for why I cant get the code to enter my blog..
I have been away for some time due to ill health and I only post now when I feel I have to say something important.
Still every cloud has a silver lining they say,  this has given me a new start...
It may even motivate me to blog more, there certainly seems enough to say about the way the world seems to be going at the moment.
I am going to post the last subject I wrote on, the  'smoking ban'  just in case you didnt get to see it.
Anyway its good to be back
